Bespoke Men’s Formal Wear & Tailoring
Precision-engineered evening wear and morning suits, hand-crafted in Burnham-on-Crouch using 16 years of Venetian sartorial expertise to ensure a perfect fit without the need for multiple fittings.
My menswear tailoring is defined by Italian precision and a mathematical approach to the male form. Unlike traditional tailoring that requires 3 or 4 fittings, my "No-Toile" engineering allows for a perfect fit with minimal disruption to your schedule.
Phase 1: The Design & Cloth Selection
We begin with a private consultation to discuss the purpose of the suit—be it a wedding, black-tie event, or business attire. You will select from the finest Italian and British wools, mohairs, and silks. I take over 30 precise measurements to map your posture and proportions.
Phase 2: Mathematical Drafting & Construction
Using the measurements, I draft your unique pattern directly onto the cloth. There is no "standard" template. Every shoulder slope and chest proportion is calculated to enhance your silhouette. The suit is then hand-cut and basted for the fitting
Phase 3: The Fitting
Because of the accuracy of the initial drafting, I usually require only one technical fitting. During this stage, I fine-tune the drape and length. You will see the internal structure and hand-stitching that ensures the garment maintains its shape for a lifetime.
Phase 4: Final Hand-Finishing
The suit is fully made in my Burnham-on-Crouch studio, where we also do the fittings. Details such as functional buttonholes, silk linings, and pick-stitching are all finished by hand to meet the highest sartorial standards.

A £150 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your private appointment. This ensures dedicated studio time for your design and measurements, and the full amount is credited toward your final bespoke commission.
Menswear Alterations & Refitting
Whether it is a brand-new suit that needs the "Elena Milani fit" or a vintage heirloom that requires modernization, I provide a master-tailor alteration service. Unlike standard alteration shops, I apply the same Venetian engineering principles to your existing garments, ensuring the balance and proportions of the suit are preserved.
I specialize in refitting Morning Suits, Tuxedos, and Business Tailoring to ensure you look as sharp as if the garment were made for you from scratch.
